It was in great shape. Owner probably wanted the b16/Type R valve cover that was originally supposed to be on instead of the GSR valve cover.
I had the OEM fogs added to my Si back in '99 when I purchased it new. I also removed the "H" emblem because I felt it gave it a more JDM look. Man, I do regret selling that car...thanks for making videos of the classic Honda and Acura cars from back in the day!

I got my em1 brand new in high school 20 years later still have her although not really road worth in over 10 years . Those black floor mats were not available while the ek chassis was out but came out around 2005 . Years after production of the car
Super clean install, that was one ofbthe first mods i did to my ebp em1, factory fresh floor mats, I need that front tower bar looks like he kept the factory part # sticker on it which means he found it new some how. Clean build.
Yes the front strut bar was new and purchased over a year ago

Did the fog lights plug into existing harness or did you re wire full harness - wish you went bit more in depth on this
The front emblem removal is literally an EM1 owner right of passage. The best "free" mod you can do to change the look of the entire front end and pretty much everyone took them off/threw them out back in the day. I prefer mine without and I hate to say this but...I think you may have re-installed it one "layer" too high of center. It also would really complete the front of the car to slap some licence plate plugs on there. It looks like the metal slugs behind the holes were gone but I'm sure a little hot glue or epoxy would keep them in.
Great catch. We installed both the bracket and license plate caps after we filmed our video. Those parts took longer than expected to arrive

Where did you guys find OEM fog lights? I searched and searched with no luck so went with ebay rep fogs for my 99 ek sedan

I definitely like the Emblem on the Mesh Grille, I am not a fan of stripping logos on car's at least not the Main Ones. How were you able to attach the emblem to that mesh grille that I will be installing? Is there a kit?

Very nice guys, those light brackets look a bit over-engineered but defiantly well made, so is that carboard box a Honda approved device for holding the bumper when you refit it? if so I need the part number and price as I can't find it anywhere! 🤪
The box is AHC Garage approved, haha. We have to improvise when you don't have an extra hand.
Where can I get a pair. Mine are oem but the glass is cracked. All I find is aftermarket.

Missing the ground strap on the front driver side valve cover bolt? Sure wish I could find new OEM floor mats for my Integra. My original front driver side one is beyond tattered!
The ground has been relocated since the car has a harness tuck. OEM Integra mats are very hard to find now a day

Did the Si come with those floor mats or the mats that have "Si" in red on them?
The black replacement mats are reproduction Oem item. The original EM1 Si mats are light grey and do not have Si logo on them

I like it without the emblem. But why change the valve cover? It looks the same.
If I were to use an emblem it would be the type r's, in my humble opinion it accentuates the blue better.

I’m probably the only person saying this but I found the OEM Fog lights for my 03 Pilot EX-L it didnt come with any from factory and I seen one with them installed, is there a website I could go to to get information, thanks in advance

The Kit came with the car. They have been discontinued from Honda a few years ago.

Not to nit pick but those are not the factory floor mats that come with the car. Anyone who has owned an Em1 or rather any 96-00 civic will say that. The floor mat fabric will match the carpet which yours clearly doesn’t. Also your grille H is a bit crooked. Just sayin
Always wondered if these were some kind of secondary OEM floor mats? I was lucky enough to come across a new set of the "real" oem floor mats on Honda-Tech back in 2011.
