His name is Igor Cassina, and he was on the Italian's team. He won a gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games for this routine called the Men's horizontal bar

Most people have no idea how difficult (and scary) competing on the horizontal bar is. Those Olympic athletes are truly amazing.
I've never tried gymnastics: anyone who doesn't instinctively grasp how difficult, dangerous and scary this sport is is an idiot, it's so clear that these athletes have spent their entire developing years working towards this type of coordination and ability.
I know It is hard because I dont want to try it !

Gymnasts are the hardest training athletes full stop. No other sport requires the intensity of training that gymnasts go through. It's truly a life commitment.

@@leftfieldthinkerthere are 10 execution points from which are taken desuctions. Then zhere Is the dificulty Score which Is made of the 10 best Elements you do. These two are added together what makes a 15,7. A Perfect 10 Is a Routine where no execution failures Are taken.

Hidetake Miyachi has done routines much more difficult
go see epke zonderland's 2012 high bar routine. he did all of those release moves - except, in a row, without any extra giants.
