Is there a difference in the toughness of the bristles of these brushes? understand that tepe sells them in soft and medium hardness

I have partial erupted wisdom tooth. I refuse extraction .. will these brushes keep my wisdom teeth clean as long as i keep using it? I dont want any decay to occur . Is it really good enough to keep them clean is my question?
