Wow Dale, everyone has their vices and gambling is a huge ptifall. I can tell just how much gambling has cost you. This is the same with myself and weed but I've managed to conquer it and ever since life has been getting better. I'm happy you've moved pass this and can understand it for what it is. We can definitely enjoy these things but never let them rule us!

This just shows that Dale thought process is far beyond many of his friends. There are many persons in the work even more than the 30 he stated that have way more than $1B in their accounts right now. Especially now because many are liquid because they smell an opportunity coming up shortly where they can buy assets for cheap and at that time cash is king. They may have those funds in their names but under a company or trust or family office of some sort for added protection but they control those funds and are ready to deploy them if needed.

No one has a billion in cash especially in this economy. Why keep 1 billion in your checking account collecting .01% when u can have it in a money market fund on the safer side collecting 5%… that’s 50 million a year free. Make it make sense
