Okay so tips that actually works:
1) Drink water!!!💦 - water actually helps A LOTTT!! literally it's something that literally has no side effects (as long as you're not drinking over the limit). Guys drink water at least 8 glasses/2liters a day,, it is good for your skin, for concentration, for your food consumption and overall for your health bestie. And drinking water will help if you are having headaches for listening to subliminals. Go & drink water rn!!!

Hello! My name is Sophia and I will be recording my results on here! I am on summer break so I’m trying to get that “summer glow up!” I plan to be listening the this subliminal for about 20-30 days.
What I look like - I have dark brown hair that is bleached into light blonde highlights. (My roots are growing in). My hair is wavy. I have tan skin and light brown eyes. I also have teal braces. I have a normal nose that goes straight down and I have plump lips.

Actually I recommended clear mascara because if it rains or just incase you cry, so it can prevent u from being embarrassed due to your mascara spreading everywhere but if you use a water proof one, it's great too!! ✨️
As for skincare products, Cera Ve cleanser is a good investment, I use it too. And if u buy aloevera gel then make sure you buy the pure one that has only aloevera in it and not any other stuff like vitamin E etccc.. 🧿
I also recommend a Light Moisturizer from any good brand. But if you have dry skin then you should buy a Normal Moisturizer from any good brand, just don't buy a heavy one as it clogs your pores and leads to acne. 🧖♀️
Also one more thing, on the days you wear makeup, when u wanna remove it at the end of the day. Don't use a makeup remover, just do double cleansing. Like use Cera Ve cleanser both the times, you don't need to use two types of cleansers, one is okay. Just make sure you wash your face twice and also make sure you massage it onto your face for atleast 5-7 times both the times! 🩰
[BONUS TIP:- Instead of using lip masks. Just applyy a thickkkk layer of vaseline every night right before sleeping and make sure you don't lick your lips. You will wake up with the softest kissable lips, and also during day time, keep wearing a lip balm to keep your lips moisturizered 💋]
