▬ About the Aillio Bullet Roaster ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The Bullet R1 V2 is a state-of-the-art, powerful yet compact 1kg capacity coffee roaster.
Unlike conventional electric roasters, the Bullet R1 V2 uses the principle of induction to heat the drum directly. The induction heating allows very fast and precise adjustments in the heating power as well as an efficient heat transfer for a fast and energy-efficient roasting of up to 1kg of coffee.
Another innovation is the infrared sensor with which the Bullet R1 V2 measures the bean temperature without contact. This fast and precise roasting supports the development and execution of very accurate roasting profiles or roasts.
With the Bullet, the heat transfer as well as the airflow and the drum speed can be easily and finely adjusted.
The roaster can be operated with Artisan as well as with the very user-friendly RoasTime software specifically developed by Aillio and allows easy exchange of roasting profiles with other users.

After positive experience with Gene Cafe CBR-101 I bought this "little beast". Much better control of the roast and higher capacity. Previously it was pain to roast coffee for me and my close family/friends, now it's matter of minutes. Intuitively I've dedicated my older unused vacuum cleaner to do uninterrupted back-to-back roasts without removing chaff collector, it's night and day difference in terms of comfort and time/effort efficiency. Also it's relieve I could clean chaff filter and impeller without additional investment because I've already had espresso cleaner at home. I was surprised how many beans stucked in this glued tube until I sucked them with vacuum cleaner. After approx. 60kg of roasted coffee and 2 months I can say investment is already paid off. Highly recommended, bought from Roast rebels, delivered from Germany to Slovakia within 3 business days.
