Great video as always, but I thing I would update, new people shouldn’t buy a helmet off marketplace or used in general. Most new people don’t understand the condition of a helmet, or how to properly fit one. Would 100% recommend getting a new helmet from a bike shop that can make sure you have the proper size and fitment.

I'd argue that this does not only include "new people", as imo its nearly impossible to tell inner damage from the outer appearance of a helmet.

Nice video! I would not buy a helmet on Facebook market place - good to replace after sun damage or damage you don’t know about. Helmets are all certified safe so get a cheap new one to train in.

Nice video. Ran my first marathon in a pair of Saucony Endorphin speed 2, it's an excellent shoe and I'm now using version 3 a lot for tempo sessions,. I'm guessing as well you also have power meters for all bikes and those can be quite expensive.

Yeah love my saucony endorphin speed 2. Power pedals so I transfer them to different bikes when I switch. So only have 1 pair.

Very good information, and a good presentation! One thing to add, if you want to race internationally or in the World Triathlon races, you will need an approved design national trisuit.

That Cyclplus is awesome especially when getting on planes to travel for IMs. I usually have to buy CO2's when I get to the IMs and then never use them and have to leave them there.

Depends on the airlines. Southwest is $75 for a bag. United and American about $40 if it's under 50 pounds.
