Hi mate. I came across this video after I met a bloke who said he was Paul Henry Allen Lynch in a wetherspoons in Clapham Junction few days ago (April 2024).
Seemed legit, very strong hand shake :) knew all the details about the records. Very nice guy. The age was about right. Drunk some ale. Worn converse, leather jacket and black beanie ( no hair underneath it :)
Maybe you might find him there. I was gonna talk with him more but had a train to catch...
He comes to my pub every other week to do karaoke, was walking to him last Sat.

Hello,im one of those people that would love to see it! i remember seeing him do a few on a program cant remember wich it was so long ago,and if i recall correctly he only did a few cause he didnt wanna risk breaking the finger.
i read on a site that he"appeared on the TV show Record Breakers three times"maybe you can contact them and see if theres a way to get it,from theyr archives or something.
Surely the most impressive pushups of all time should be shared to the world, and not forgotten.

I use to train with paul and I kicked his ass one time in front of his girl friend while sparring. I think he let me. LOL
