hello :) i've fully relocated to new york city nowwww
this move in vlog shows the adventures i had during the first week of school :") which was orientation week aka i had a lot of free time. i have my last class of the week tomorrow and wow lol i just got hit by a lot of homework (but maybe that's because i've been procrastinating LOL).
i will say that this vlog is not my best edited one :"( i wanted to get it up asap and im kinda busy but i still tried my best. i hope you enjoyed it! stay tuned for the next videooooo !!! (my room is still in the process of decorating so you'll see more soon!

Always strive for greatness but never forget to have fun! I wish you all the very best, in what I believe to be the best years of one's life.. (If only I could turn back time)*
your mind shouldnt be in the past. A short time span of 3-5 years shouldnt be labeled as the best time of ones life. Every episode of life can be memorable and enjoyable and has the value of becoming the best time you have had.
I always get a little bit sad reading those comments. Its not like life hasnt anything to offer after your mid/late twenties.

@@BananeKiwi199 Totally. Im 34 now and on a spree watching art school vĂdeos to imagine would it would have been ( i went to computer engineering as a major in an environment that wasnt for me).
Im at an age where agism starts becomeing so easy to spot in society. In our structures attitudes and expectations.
The problem is that people dont see college or other ryte of passage events as serving THEM....like those things should add value to OUR individual life.....and so the primary goal to do anything should be to satisfy OURSELVES. To then be depressed we missed it ....means we place our value externally on these things rather than truly be sovereign creators of our life.
Unfortunately for most of us college represents a system that eaisly provides excitement through easier time : meeting people, making friends, being carefeee and having a tribe outside our family of origin. Dating, partying etc
Its easy to see college as the only way to create a certain lifestyle for oneself .....but really that's just in peoples heads.
Im really passionate about doing away with social attitudes that enables ageism ....because first and foremost we are souls. And not all of us Will have the opportunities or inclination to have specific experiences at the 'right' time in life. Culture should serve the soul....never the other way round.
I'm so excited that you're in college now, sis is getting that degree. I can't wait for more college vlogs

If it's of any comfort, you'll be glad to know Brooklyn is in the city as NYC is made up of five Boroughs, Brooklyn being one of them. As a New Yorker myself, I can with 100% certainty let you know.
a really good urban outfitters to go to for room decor is the one on 14th street. they have almost an entire down stairs dedicated to decor

arisbleu I wouldnât not vlog bc your school isnât as well known... there may still be people who are curious as to what itâs like to attend Watkins but are unable to bc of the lack of content ;; depending how you make your vlogs they can still be interesting to many ppl

What was it like moving into your dorm from out of town? I live in Los Angeles and Iâm going to college in New York in a few months and Iâm so stressed about packing!!
