The half shower door works too. I've seen it in many Airbnb in Jamaica. The shower bottom is slanted so water doesn't spill out on the floor. I believe they are called European shower doors. It seems Jamaicans like to use them. It's functional and reduce the cost of sliding door, easy to clean too. Something to consider. Guys don't over decorate, just nice durable basics is good for Airbnb.

Those tiles are good that’s about what we pay at Lowe’s or Home Depot. My daughter finished her condo for an Airbnb in Miami and she did at 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom for about the equivalent in usd.$2.79 - $3.20 per sq ft

So the last time I checked they told me that these tiles where made in Jamaica, these tiles are really overpriced compare to the U.S. $2.50usd per tile and Jamaica have tile for $8.50 per tile 🤔 so a box of tile in Jamaica is $204 and in the U.S. is $60, so yes stuff in Jamaica is overpriced.
Tiles are all imported. Customs duty, exchange rates and shipping costs really beat we bad here
