This really made me think. Even if it wasn't intentional in this one (I think) the idea of having the killer taunt you or yell for you while in a chase would add so much of a scare factor.
If they added Ethan Winters, she could say that in chase or in her Mori when interacting with him. Similar to how Nemesis says “STARS” when moring Jill Valentine or Chris Redfield.
This music adds real terror to the character who is actually so charming and scary at the same time. Lady Demetrius is both petrifying when fought against and suave when calm. The music made me feel like being trapped in the mansion and trying to evade the danger....great job!
I'm glad you felt it this way, I had to recreate the composition multiple times. Really hard to catch the personality of a character when you've seen only a trailer or two haha

Honestly, if she had to be implanted as Killer in DBD, she should throw some voice lines of her while chasing survivors. Here are some ideas : - While recovering after hitting a survivor (from Healthy to Injured) : "You won't live long, even if you RUN !" - If she was to use her claws to hit survivors and then lick the blood out of it : "Going a little stale ..." or "Let's see how special you are ..." - During / Right after breaking a pallet : "This won't stop ME !" - Finding a survivor / Beginning a chase : "So, we finally meet !" Immersion level : 100%
Ikr this sounds so cool. I really wish killers had little menacing voiced lines. And I would love Lady D as a killer. She is so menacing, even more than nemesis! ( imo ofc )

Oh this is peeeeeeerfect! The proximity buildup is so good, I got chills! And the chase music itself hits just the right balance between threatening and eerie. Not at all what I expected (I was expecting an organ for some reason?) because it ended up being even better than what I imagined you’d do. Oh no, Lady Dimitrescu, please don’t murder me, nooooo. 😩

It's the one that plays while she is talking at 1:15, most specifically. I think the texture of it is really what made me go "OOOH YES, that's perfect!" while listening!
@@vietbluecoeur that's an old violin I played weirdly. I played it like it was a cello, and I used the bow as a drumstick to play very fast (blastbeat technique, typical in high tempo metal drums) and have kind of a dissonant - raw sound. Then it's a bit of reverb in the post process

The laugh of the daughters is a GREAT choice, would love it if Lady D would say "There you are" every time she enters a chase. I can't wait for the DLC, I really really really hope she is the killer.
At first I was including laughs and voices to be inspired on the art direction... But damn they sound so good, I had to keep em.
