Relatives and business partners of slain Rustenburg businessman, Ben Gumbi, believe that the mastermind behind his killing will soon be revealed when evidence is tabled in court. Ben Gumbi was shot dead by two men outside a popular coffee shop in Rustenburg in August and the murder was caught on CCTV. The deceased was part of a consortium in a disputed land development project in Ledig. Meanwhile Sibongiseni Ngubane, a murder accused in the case, is part of four men believed to be involved in the assassination. Ngubane was denied bail by the Rustenburg Magistrate court and his case was postponed to next year January for further investigations.
