@LordRevan Prime We all are, and its a surprise (but a welcome one) that videos like this help so many of us. I just go about my time on my PC doing work and reading and stuff, while the other half of my mind is experiencing ASMR and maintaining my now lowered stress levels that way. This way, when I have to 100% focus on something, I'm not stressed out going into it and I can actually finally wrangle my ADHD-addled zillion-track mind into focusing on one thing, and its a wonderful feeling when I can manage to do that. Some days its like each cluster of brain cells is off thinking about its own thing, the difficulty I have is raking in my scattered focus and stress makes that harder to do.

A few years ago sleep was the last thing I wanted to do for the simple fact that I was having horrifying nightmares every night for a year straight. These nightmares would consist of me being tortured. Some nights I felt it and woke up crying in pain. This video is something I wish I had at that time. I'm thankful for you taking the effort to help others through your videos. Please make sure you stay hydrated and take breaks when need be❤️.

This is just… so helpful. As someone who struggles with sleeping as is, nightmares really don’t help. And while I enjoy other audios to help, Peaches voice as well the other sounds in this video just… it’s perfect. And I highly doubt you remember, but I once asked for this type of video in a community post where you asked for ideas. Whenever I dream (be it nightmare or not) my mind gets EXTREMELY creative, for example: in one dream I was the side character of sorts if you will as other people did the main stuff and I went through several different scenarios with this in place only for me to wake up strapped to a strange machine that generated the scenarios in question, i break free and navigate through an abandoned building and upon exiting I find myself staring at a world that's been COMPLETELY ruined so I decide to go back inside and strap myself back into the machine but it refuses to work leaving me stuck in this place I didn't want to be in and as the cold reality of that set in...I woke up

I just had a nightmare. I want to curl up and be embraced. What’s funny is that during the day I said to myself “hm it’s been a while since I had a nightmare” and what do you know? I end up having one and waking up at 3 in the morning. It was so real, so vivid, so gruesome. I’m shaking because I can’t calm myself. I’m scared to fall back to sleep because as of now I see the flashes of the nightmare. My heart is racing. The video, your voice, the rain… so soothing, it’s calming, distracting my mind. You helped me fall back to sleep thank you.
