Geez all day I'm wondering which 1 to get,I have a Samsung a01 right now but wondering which 1 to upgrade to ss2 or s23 🤔

Samsung heard the customers and fix the issues and produce the S23 Ultra. Well done Samsung.
Had ( still have ) the S22U since its release and the same for S23U. One of the significant differences for me has been the amazing speakers on the S23U ( since I use the speakers a lot for calls, YT, and music ) That said, with the lack of promos ( based on previous years ) .. if you have the S22U, hang on to it! I strongly believe we will see a much more aggressive push from Samsung once the iPhone 15 release comes around!!
Just got a great deal from Samsung on the S23U (Lime) 512 for the price of a 256, and $700 for a trade in for my S22U. Waiting for Fedex as I type. Needed a bright color, but colors can be changed in minutes with a skin. My current S22U is white, but last month it has also been metallic green and now metallic blue.
i jumped from the 22 ultra to the 23 ultra although not many i do feel some upgrades were worth it the 23 just seems to work smoother to me battery life is longer photos a little better but overall same experience

I bought S22Ultra last year upgrading from S21 Ultra. I returned my new S22 Ultra because I thought I got a faulty unit with bad speaker. Bought another one and it came out the same. The S22Ultra Speaker was that bad.
This year, S23 Ultra speaker set just blew me away!!! They are better than ever. ❤

I kept my S22U. The trade-in was much less than what I got for the S21U when upgrading to the S22U. That combined with the few upgrades, was not worth it. Basically the same phone for a lousy trade in. Thanks for this video, it reinforces that I’m not missing much.

@@lbeetech Agree' I upgraded from the s22 Ultra to the s23 Ultra 1TB and am amazed at the difference, I got £620 for trade in plus further discounts with Samsung UK so I went for it and very glad that I did :) The battery is great too

I would 100% traded in. I did, and it's amazing huge difference. Don't listen to what other people is saying about it. Not being an upgrade, it 100% is way better faster. The internet is better, the screen looks better if seals better in the hands. The Battery is ridiculous, just everything. How it runs? It doesn't get hot. I went on that. Graphics testing thing. I forget what it's called. I did the wildlife extreme test and it straight upside. That this phone is too powerful for that test. It's scored off the chart. I would have to do the wildlife extreme stress test, crazy man. Never had that happen from any other phone.

Y'know what, just as I held onto my S10+ until fairly late last year when I skipped straight up to the S22 Ultra, methinks current S22 Ultra owners should just hold off until at least the top end S25. And even that's iffy since in terms of software, it should get up to Android 16 in 2025...so that means S22 Ultra owners can probably camp out on it until the S25 or even the S26 in 2026.

I upgraded from s22U to s23U. I usually upgraded q 2-3yrs but this time something told me it would be worth it. I'm glad I did! This is a substantial upgrade that feels like a 2yr or more upgrade difference.
I had the s22ultra last year now I upgraded to the s23u and I could say although the user experience is the same, the battery management on the s23u is a massive upgrade from the s22utra I had before. I had problems with my s22u overheating and then throttling. In the S23ultra I never had any problems like that.

Upgrade is a big big must coming from the s22 ultra to the s23 ultra. I'm loving my s23 ultra. Battery alone does it for me and the phone is smooth as ever.
If it's exynos 22 then yes. If you get a decent deal for a 23 then go for it that's what I did. Keeping the 22 as a backup
I was initially against upgrading to the S23U but... AT&T offered a nice trade in that I couldn't pass up, so I did. Performance is slightly better but battery is the biggest for me, as I don't take many pictures. The only other reason to upgrade, to get the latest and greatest and floss.....

Battery life alone is night and day. Glad I upgraded from S22U to S23U. Worth it.
I mean of course you'd say that to justify your purchase, it's basically the same phone apart from the battery improvements, most s22 ultra users should stay with what they have and wait for the s24 for a noticeable upgrade & design change

At first, I was not going to upgrade. However, I wanted to see how the S23U was as good as CZcams suggested. Surprisingly, the hype was correct, and it's my new daily driver. Great video, as always, CJ! Keep up the excellent work.
Do the speakers affect ear buds? Because that's all I use. For calls, CZcams, etc. I never listen to the speakers anyway. The camera looks the same. The battery (to me) is the only notable improvement.

Normally I wouldn't upgrade from the S22 Ultra but I felt like I had to. I don't know if I had a bad processor or something. My phone was struggling doing daily tasks even after being factored reset like several times it was struggling running facebook CZcams basically the basic apps. If it was working fine I wouldn't have upgraded but i'm glad I did the battery life everything else about The new ultra Makes it way better to use.normally. I wouldn't advise upgrading but man it was worth it and my experience.

I'm on team S22 Ultra and didn't see enough of a change to warrant an upgrade. The phones,especially Samsung flagships, are so feature packed that yearly "upgrades" are going to be minimal at best. Side note, the 100X zoom on the S22 is officially the Iverson camera while that the 200X zoom on the S23 has that Kobe status😂

Trade in was lousey. Got 629 for my s22 ultra + £150 discount case charger. Was it worth the upgrade longevity battery Finally... beta Gpu-cpu beta bass speakers loud as well Video 4k an 8k beta. Memory fast HD transfer speeds. Camera only Slightly beta now s23u but my s22u was the same but after updates 1year on 👌🏾So worth the upgrade your damn!! Right ✅️ Cherry on the cake galaxy buds and 45watt charger 2.0 from last year trade in

S23 Ultra has nothing the S22 Ultra has, besides the similar style, camera layout, which the S23 Ultras is bigger lens and Spen, everything else is different!
S22 Ultra is nothing more than a tweaked version of the S21 Ultra which was a flagship, not the S22 Ultra.
Even the display is different from the S22 Ultra, 9n the S23 Ultra.

I have note 20 ultra. I can get s22 ultra with trade in for 390€ or s23 ultra 800€. I cant deside. I'm so tempted to get s23 ultra. But have to pay 450€ more. Would there be big difference with s22 ultra vs 23 ultra?

There's a big difference. You'll use your phone differently than you do now if you had the 23U, I'm confident of that.. It's just something to be experienced..

It seems like the same for all of these CZcams reviewers. Give us a straightforward answer and don't beat around the bush. Yes, we all know it is dependent on each individual situation. Personally the battery and the chipset is great but the trade-in promos were horrible and for that reason I keep the S22U. I did get the s23 Plus as a second phone to swap with on occasion.
The 23 ultra is the phone that made me want to change from the s10+. Too bad I ordered it on a Friday they only ship on business days 😔

I have got s22 ultra few months ago, all what it needs to be a perfect phone is a better performance at gaming, and better battery life, and faster charging speed ...putting the battery life and charging speed aside because it's different from the experience quality, all what s22 ultra actually needs is better performance at gaming, mine is snapdragon version. Everything else is perfect

I'm upgrading from a Note 9, which still works fine, and wanted the best for a good price. It seems obvious to wait another year for the S23 Ultra price reduction instead of getting the S22 Ultra now.
Less curved sides is the reason and worth the upgrade from 22 U. The annoyance level every time I couldn't pick it up from the counter is worth every penny.

Personally I see absolutely no reason to upgrade at at all. No noticeable improvement that would make me run out and purchased the 23 as opposed to the 22. In fact I have the s21 Altra and feel no urge to run out and buy the 23 as the updates just aren't that significant and dramatic I am anticipating buying either the 15 pro Max or the s24 ultra and would be expecting a significant jump with a three-year window difference and really expect to see significant improvement in virtually every area that an everyday person can appreciate without having to have measuring equipment or lot of technical. Very informative and enjoyable video is always, you have a friend in Columbus Ohio

You didn't mention the X70 Modem, LPDDR5X Ram, or the UFS 4.0 Storage. Also didn't hit on fact that the 23 ultra screen uses a good bit less battery draw than the 22 ultra.
