The Lea Valley Walk is an 84km trail from Limehouse in East London to Luton, following the course of the River Lea or Lee for most of its length. Whilst it finishes close to the source of the Lee, it doesn't visit the river's confluence with the Thames, and so I've modified it to include that.
In this video I resume the walk from Ponders End and continue through the land of reservoirs to Enfield Lock, pass under the M25 and into the wilds of Hetfordshire, finishing at Broxbourne.
