AUTHENTIC MUTTON KABULI PULAO RECIPE

- Ingredients you’ll need:
* Rice 1/2 kg
* Mutton (with bone) 1/2 kg
* Carrots (julienne) 2 large
* Onions 1 large
* Garlic ginger chopped
* Green chillies chopped
* Black raisins/ kishmish 1 cup
* Salt to taste
* Cumin/zeera 2 tbsp
* Chicken stock cube 1
* Oil (1/2 cup for pulao + 2 tbsp for sautéing carrots & raisins)
* Sugar 2 tbsp
* Vinegar 1 tbsp
Aoa. I tried this recepie yesterday, n u can't imagine its turned out so yummy n light.. My kids n husband gave me 10/10.

Please also share timings kitni dair minimum fry karne, kitni dair baad cheezain dalne time kaye sath. beginners kaye liyain confusion hoti hay. And also kab flame low rakhne, kab barhane wo bhi bataye so it would be more easier.
