One could easily dice large cubes of chicken, marinate it in half of your sauce, skewer, and grill it as well. Great with twice smashed potatoes & salad. Bet this would be great with cubed pork tenderloin as well. Appreciate all of your effort put in for us.

Dave my friend, great recipe, yes on us & the girls as we are honey lovers, if you & viewers can find honey harvested within 30 miles of your home, real honey( we do not use the plastic bear honey, etc... as is cut with Karo syrup) & have allergies, hay fever in spring/summer, it is the best remedy( fact not rumor), I was thinking for sides Brussel sprouts with cheese sauce( yes the girls will eat those) & they can be the frozen ones in cheese sauce & cooked in a microwave, in season now for sweet corn on the cob, plus biscuits for bread & there comes more honey & butter, lol. Keep your stick on the ice pal. Sweet iced tea, sweetened with honey & a slice of lemon.

I made this tonight, I accidentally threw too much olive oil in the pan, the plastic cap wasn't on all the way lol, so it was a little oily, my fault🥴 The chicken with all the spices and honey sauce tasted amazing though, great recipe!! I will definitely make this again and be very careful when adding the olive oil.

I used apricot jam instead of honey. It worked great. Easy recipe. Stir-fried a few veggies and this made a tasty dinner!
