How do I get those spots on my stamps? I use stampin up inks .. I don’t know why it blotches up on certain stamps.. what can I use so that doesn’t happen please?

Are you getting this only with photopolymer stamps? When they are new I rub a white eraser over them, that seems to get rid of any residue and then it's all good. Once in a great while there is an issue with ink pads. If they discolour or get bumps on them, let your demonstrator know.
