I think that your issue where your screen is stuttering is being caused by your mouse censor if you have a wireless mouse sometimes it can happen make sure that the wireless connector plug into your pc is all the way in. also maybe just try cleaning the censor or pluging it into a different place.

also to do a pillager raid you have to find a banner captain which you can find at the the outpost he is the one that has a banner on his back once you kill him you will get an effect called "bad omen" and when you go into a village with this effect the pillagers will attack that village you can also stack the effect by killing multiple banner captains and it will make the raid have more waves

Sorable tame a cat, they are op. They scare away creeps, so you essentially have an anti creep shield.
