I don’t think so. It would be harder and less realistic. I believe most torpedos just go straight but I’m sure there are some that turn. I am not a sub captain or anything to do that.
We used to have navel ship battles at a park called Sequiota Park in Springfield Missouri, and was last man standing. BB gun ammo was always used, and the ships were made of very thin balsa wood!
