+50kT as MULTIPLE other people have stated already in these comments.. the 4k image for some reason actually DOES improve the quality that the sound is presented at. Has been this way on youtube for quite some time.

+50kT youtube's streamer gives higher quality sound based on the quality of the video, if you played a 360p and 4k video of the same song the audio quality should be noticably better for the 4k video.
I was feeling like ending my life this morning, as my Tinitus was maddening. Then I decided to look up white noise, which in turn took me to this. Quite literally a life saver. So thank you! It really does mask the horrible noise in my head. Normally I hear a factory accompanied by a loud roaring in my right ear. Sure is much nicer to listen to rain. Also we have long winters in Michigan. So hearing the mild thunder is very therapeutic on many levels!

Right click video -> Stats for nerds. Note the DASH: yes (xxx/251) part. Left of the forward slash is the video format, right side is the audio format. Anywhere from 240p up to 4k uses audio format 251, which in this case means it's using a 160k Opus audio stream.
tl;dr, uploading sound in 4k is a rediculous waste.
