theyare fanchants. it's rather common in korea that songs have fanchants, which the fans then shout/sing at the specific time. kpop idols do have them all the time, but a lot of other korean artists also include them. so they are not really random. tbh i don't know kim roy and his music that much, but since everyone is shouting the same i assume it's a fanchant. (screaming or clapping sometimes is also part of a fanchant, so the screaming could be a fanchat and therefore also not random, but i don't know it that well, bc like i said i'm not that familiar with him or his songs)
