Infrastructures in Philippines is not suited for heavy tanks lol that why we only have light tanks and amphibious invasion isn't easy than crossing someone border you have to face the navy first before you can land your troops and equipment taking heavy casualties before they even reach the shore due to naval engagement by American destroyer, submarines and aircraft let's not forget that one troop ships loss equal 3 to 5 thousand troops dead including the lost of valuable equipment in just one ship if they do land they have to face what the Americans faced during the Vietnam war guerrilla warfare last but not least Chinese anti submarine warfare is " basura " at best lol pero if china is the one who shot first using there infamous rocket force inflicting medium damage to ships then the US navy around it's pacific base while not hesitate rain hell with there retaliatory strike using there cruise missile submarines to target there mainland lol including there navy will be targeted
