- Today I'm taking you behind the scenes of my current facility and showing you my favorite tools to train with. I've set up many gyms over the years, and I'll show you a few pointers for designing your optimal space - whether you run classes, train clients one on one, or are carving out a gym space at home.

Excellent, excellent gym arrangement you have come up with. I wish I live in your area to be a member of your gym. I live in Colorado. That said, I have build up a few of the tools you had mentioned for my home gym over the last two years. You are one of the few CZcamsrs who have inspired me (67 yrs young) to exercise to stay mobile, strong and pain free plus eating healthy. Thank you Marcus for all your efforts. Much appreciated.

Having drooled for months on the Eleiko website saving for one of their barbells, all I see here are dollar signs flying left and right. All that gear must be worth as much as a Mercedes limousine.

Thanks for the video Marcus. Can I ask, how do you find the Eleiko straight pull up bar for movements like TTB, kipping, muscle ups etc. Do the neutral grip pieces or the fact that it sticks off the cross member get in the way? Thanks!

I'm all about function over branding, which is why I have a great many Titan Fitness pieces. However, this is, BY FAR, the best equipped, most cosmetically appealing gym I have ever seen. I am extremely envious. That has to be one of the nicest private facilities on the planet.

Between the Atlantis and Eleiko gear, this has got to be one of the nicest facilities I've seen. Would love a video on the Eleiko GHD - I'm considering buying it and there are zero reviews or videos out there featuring it.

@marcus Which supplier / brand is that slant board with the 4 and 6 inch steps?
For your small home garage (20 ft) is the strip of turf for sled pulls worth it? I really want to add this but the short distance is not convincing.

I'm curious about ghd sit ups though. This is something I keep looking into to decide if they're worth it but I see so many negative articles and videos talking about how dangerous they can be. What do you think about those criticisms? Do you think they have anything to do with the low back pain you've dealt with over the years?

4 stations for squatting is double the number of squat stations my commercial gym has available 😅😭
I've seen many commercial gyms neglect squat racks unfortunately!
