Make sure that you assign static ip to secondary router (so that IP is not assigned to some one else) from main router.
Also assign fixed wifi channel such as '11' to both routers, so that after restart both routers connect easily.
192.168."10".1 just Quotation mark numbers should be different from each other. if both are similar in both, it doesn't work..
