As someone who played Stick of Truth the old Chef episode doesn't hurt that much as they made the part about him being revived non-canon and (likely as a whole) the episode seemed to be change so that Chef was buried in South Park so I think it's likely the episode as a whole is no longer canon as it had no lasting impact on the show aside from some mentions here and there regarding chef afterwards.

I get it's UNDERSTANDABLE because he's a kid in a horrible home and he doesn't want to be parentified again or another child to be born in such a horrible home and his parents will tr@umatise the baby and it won't get to eat or drink properly or go to school probably and not even be able to buy clothes or food and be traumatised due to isoolaton and his parents and possibly become like him hich I don't think he wants.
2. It does make more sense f it's Kenny trying to end his cycle since the baby comes out since the baby comes out as a demon. Maybe it's how Kenny see his immortality or his rebirths. He doesn't see Karen that way so it doesn't make sense if it's a literal baby unless he thinks the baby is evil due it coming from his parent's selfishness or it's not a literal baby but a manifestation of how he sees his parents and their wants and needs (addicti0n) and personalities.
