hola...este si si es silicona caliente, ellas no se explotan, por lo que tienen un aire suficiente para no explotar, esa tecnica la utilizo yo para decoraciones y nunca se me explotan los globos.

There are some screws attached to the back of the backdrop. Used fishing line to attach the garland
