I have filed FLA return for previous FY 2022-23 and have got the acknowledgement for the same but there was no column of late fees payment. How to make payment of late fees??

Meri company mei FDI less then 10% hai. Section III ki details fill kerne ke baad validate mei error aa rha hai. It show: "please provide the item value in type of Capital for Existing DI Countries"

No, you cannot file another revised FLA return once you have already filed a revised return. The FLA return allows only one original and one revised submission per year.If there is a significant error, you can contact the RBI or your authorized dealer bank to explain the situation and seek guidance on how to proceed.

If an entity has received only share application money and does not have any foreign direct investment or overseas direct investment outstanding as on end-March of the latest FY, it is not required to fill the FLA return.
Hi sir i had filed the form but just after it showed the message that it has been delivered it logged out and i could not download the acknowledgement. What can be done. Can I download the acknowledgement on the website

How to check status of fla form
Once you file the return, you will receive the acknowledgement that your fla return has been filed
How to revise fla return
Revising the return once you login to the portal, you will see an option "click here to get approval to fill fla for current /previous year" you can request for revision from this option In case query didn't solved, feel free to contact us
Sir, unable to login to the portal, its showing password expired, but no option available to update the password
There is option, When you go to the login page there you can see "Forgot password" option from there you can reset your password
