I imported this set from Arrow UK and four of the blu-ray discs in this set are Region B (the alternate versions of Game of Death and a documentary). 4K UHD discs are region-free of course.

@@20thand21stMoviest’s the best set of BL films and extras ever done, by miles, criterion do fab stuff for sure, but arrow destroyed them on this. HDR, Dolby vision 4kUHD 😉 . Let’s just hope Warner’s did a good job on ETD now, they always do utter SHxx extras but I don’t care about that from Warner’s, just want the two cuts of the films to look fabulous. From the trailer the colours look lush this time, unlike the ridic oversaturated horrid colour mess that was the 40th. I much prefer the artwork on this red set to the limited yellow one myself. It’s cooler in my view..
Very nice. Arbor clearly takes pride in what they do. Hopefully the transfers and everything else is also top-notch.

James, congratulations! I have also ordered the red edition by Amazon UK! because Arrow is not able to send it to my country and also by Amazon UK is more cheaper!

I’m in the US and ordered via Diabolik. Half their inventory came damaged and my preorder became a back order. I hope to get my set sooner than later.
I wanted to get the Bruce Lee Criterion Box set at Barnes&Noble but they didn't have it. Maybe I will get the Arrow instead in the future looks so good 👍
Methuselah you might want to also check Amazon to see if the Criterion Bruce Lee set is available through them.
My favorite Golden Harvest Bruce film is The Big Boss and my favorite Bruce film overall is Enter The Dragon.
Oh yes! I can’t wait to dive into this set, and The Big Boss will be first on deck!

Hello, John. Great question. The Enter the Dragon blu-ray will play in Region A (US) but the other 3 blu-rays with the alternate versions of Game of Death and the Man the Legend documentary are Region B, so you’ll need a region-free player to play those.

Is your review of the set coming soon? Even though the transfer was soft at times Way of the Dragon still looks even better than the Criterion disc.

I never understood why He is such a legend.. I only saw one of his films (Summer Cinema. Not roof about us) and I think I was laughing the whole movie through.. But I know He has a large cult fans.. So God Save Him🎉

A legend in the eyes of many (including myself) but I understand not everyone. With his life cut short at such a young age it leaves one wondering what could have been. He made some good films in his time.
Looks like this is sold out everywhere and not sure if they will get more in stock or just have "standard" editions. i looked online and saw Walmart of all places had 1 available on their website so I ordered it. It seems to have been their last one as I was going to go back and order another for someone else and it said they were out of stock. Guess I was lucky 😀

From my understanding the yellow box set is sold out, but not the red box.

@@PDXFilmmongers just the artwork. The content is the same between the yellow and the red.

I've seen that Arrow offers 2 sets of this to buy. One of them is REGION FREE. With that being said I'm assuming it should play on my player even though it's not an ALL REGION player ? I'm in the U.S. Is that the case with the set that you are unboxing ?
Great question. For the red set that I have and unboxed, some of the standard blu-rays are Region B (the Game of Death alternate versions and The Man Legend documentary), so those (3 or 4 discs) won’t play on my current player. You need a region free player for those discs. The Enter the Dragon blu-ray is not Region B locked so I can play that on my player and of course the 4K discs are region free so no issue there.

Can I watch the 4K Blu-rays on a normal Blu-Ray player
Olle, hello! You’ll need a 4K player to play 4K discs. 4K players play 4K blu-rays, standard blu-rays and DVDs.

I’ve never seen Game of Death 2 but willing to give it a try in this set 😀.
