Cleanest version I’ve ever heard, every note can be heard and be appreciated
Love how powerfully you play the percussive piano parts, Dmitry. Makes it sound properly scary. And the way you bring out the melody in the left hand while your right hand is going crazy - wow! Loved the orchestra also.

I can’t say I’m a fan of this piece, which is significantly less interesting to my mind than either of the piano concertos; but the pianist certainly makes of it everything Liszt offers up. His octave playing is impeccable! Bravo

Absolutely fantastic.
Totentanz is probably my favourite piano piece, and this is one of the best performances I have seen. The technical is exceptional, Fantastic! However, Masleev has introduced some parts from the piano solo version, like e.g. the glissandos.

Your interpretation is something different with respect to others for me. A little fast, technically perfect, and combining some parts drom the piano solo version.
