Nice from the outside. But those brick walls in breakfast room, the arches and brick in the entry dosent look good. It’s too many walls with that brick accent.

For 1.3 million, I'd expect more sq ft. This house is small and the layout is horrible. My house is 3,400 sq ft, has 3 car garage, and we paid 430k. And landscaping was crap. Js

Sorry but the price has to go way down before someone buys this house it doesn't have anything to say home for one no privacy two no pool three no outdoor kitchen and four that horrible landscaping thumbs down on this house
Sold many houses under asking and way over… you need to consider that there is always someone who will pay for the property more than anyone if this is the right property. The market just switched in the favor of sellers, yesterday showed 5 homes - 4 of them were under contract the same day.
The outdoor stone work is not very good which makes me question the rest of the build. At the end when walking from the garage to the front the wall is mismatched and uneven. Also no shot of mechanicals. Questionable.
