It's a Super Inexpensive Massager. The Nylon Mesh cover is only to stop hairs getting snagged. I don't use the Mesh Cover. I use an RF Cavitation Device to Soften Fat on my Stomach and the Massager to Break up and Disperse the Fat !!!! Although it is very economically priced, it feels like a Very Expensive Machine !!!!

Hi, you can use massager without mesh cover but make sure there is no hair or loose fabric at massaging area.

Hi, The mesh is protective cover which prevent entanglement of hair or cloth. But it is not always mandatory to have them installed after cup replacement. It is completely your choice.

Hi, No, not at all, this massager is not recommended to be used on head or face.
You need to be careful with the Infra Red not to cook your Brain !!!! It also vibrates a lot so it would be very uncomfortable !!!!

Yes !!!! Mine has infra red as well as Massage function !!!! I use a Cold Laser for muscle Pain because the heat penetrates about 6 cm. But you can't use this Orbital Massager on bony parts because it will hurt !!!
