I got of those from Mike, though it got damaged during shipping, I did repair it. My problem with it was the ,where the bolts screw into, those nuts would pop out of the wood. Also I had him build mine with a motor, which he said was the first for him, turns out works better by hand than with the motor. A lot of where he used the wood screws that he built it with split the wooden parts.

    I have a puffer.
Below is why I feel everyone in dry areas should have a puffer
It works by hand or with a motor.
When I bought it I had to deside if I wanted a puffer or a drywasher that used a blower.
I desided on my puffer, because.......
A puffer finds more gold then a blower dry washer.
And it has a motor when I don't want to do by hand.
Downside is puffers are slower the blowers.
But more gold is good. And the motor is nothing. Add a tiny battery and a 12v solar panel. ( windshield wiper motor, battery of a kids car, and 100 watt panel. ) plus a shovel and a few 5 gal buckets and wheel barrow or cart to carry all in.
Or strap puffer on backpack with shovel and bucket. ( for by hand mod)
Btw you can just shovel to the drywasher.
I use bucket for emptying tray into.
You can drywash all day and emptied into bucket at end of day.
I watched these two well fit guys working together trading off on shoveling and operating puffer all day. They emptied it at end of day. It was a lot of gold.

    • @pychohobo1832
      @pychohobo1832 Před 3 lety +2

Btw I had made a puffer before this.
I just didn't have the confidence it was good.
It was ugly, but it worked.
After I bought the other one. I realized my first one was also good.
However. The bought one is lighter, looks better and requires less maintance.
