Why you already have the tire partially broken down? I have been doing farm tires for 24 years and have rarely seen a tire that the bead was not tight against rim. Sometimes it is hard to get the tool to stay put because of this. People always show a tire that is easy to break! I will record a video of how they really look when we break them! First off, I never take the wheel off of a tractor myself. If someone brings me a wheel then i can't help that but I never take the wheels off!
You're doing it wrong. I use one of these every single day and you were pushing more on the sidewall area of the tire than on the bead of the tire. Also.....you wouldn't be using this on a tire that already has it's bead broke loose from the rim, try actually showing the product in use as intended and not just how it "looks" good.
