I'm almost finished with my list of fragrances and candles to budget a 10k haul. Thanks for your review, I've added a few from two of your reviews so far.
Rosendo Mateu No5 indeed is very airy, it smells very similar to Babycat by YSL to me but the last one is more dense and balsamic. I took the time to check their notes and both share similar accords. Amber, vanilla, warm spicy, musky, powdery, spices. Both are perfectly unisex. I also watched Sharida's video announcing that Gourmand Coquin was not discontinued. Omg I was so happy! I also need a backup bottle. 😊 Thanks Anne for your recommendations! I cannot leave without Herord too.

I am a new subscriber. I am sooo happy to have found your channel because after watching this video, I can see that our tastes are similar in a lot of ways. You spoke about a lot of fragrances that I LOVE here, but there are plenty I haven’t tried that I am now dying to get my nose on. I am excited to watch the fall designer video now 😊. Have you smelled Rogue Derviche? It may be being discontinued, I’m not positive, but I just bought it from the house. It’s my favorite fragrance in the “apple pie amber” category. It’s more complex and a bit funkier than some of the other options you listed. Also , I think you might like Teo Cabanel Oh La La. It’s primarily orris and sandalwood with hazelnut and a bit of tobacco and tonka. I am excited to wear it again in the cold weather. (Sorry it you’ve already spoken about these, I’m new here.)

And I COMPLETELY agree with you for everything you have said about Ruby N Vanilla Neroli. It’s a masterpiece.I purchased the EBK discovery set, thinking that I would love deep & desire yacht but was surprised that was meh for me but will certainly be purchasing a full bottle of the Ruby N Vanilla Neroli 😍. As soon as you said if you love coffee break - amethyst haze was added to my wishlist with swiftness! I bought a sample size of Santa vanille and I am needing to try it on my skin - there is only one way to find out if that one works for me - here's to hoping. I am glad we get at least another week of sunshine and warmth but eager for the leaves the and cooler air so I can bust out my fall scents. Its already dropping temperature wise at night all the birds have left so bring on fall!

i tried hibiscus mahajad recently and i went crazy for it. im so not a rose fan (or so i thought) but the rose and hibiscus in this i am actually going insane. i do love hibiscus and cassis so that might be the reason. the price for this tho is giving me a real headache but it is on my wishlist now.
i also love fragrances that intrigue me and make me curious/surprise me at first scent and they usually become my loves later on. one of the scents like that for me was when i tried was bdk's gris charnel lol i was definitely intrigued and almost sort of taken aback in the opening/first sniffs. look at me now, a gris charnel lover and now its my favorite season to wear it hehe. and before that a few years ago it was 'by the fireplace'... at first it was 'wait ew so smoky' n then i got addicted to the drydown lol
im probably gonna order a sample set from ex nihilo whenever i get back to the US, i need to try brompton immortals, fleur narcotique and lust in paradise im soooo looking forward to that. also gotta try liis!!

I can’t remember if you’ve ever tried Lune Feline but if not you should! You’ll either love or hate. It’s a very cozy winter/fall vanilla. Cardamom heavy vanilla that I get the balsam in as well. For sure a banger for me! I think it smells like Christmas vanilla.
I have! I mentioned it in one of my “unfiltered reviews” videos 😁 I think it’s quite good! Too smoky for me but I understand why people love it!
Lavender and vanilla is my favorite combination too, along with musk. Chanel’s Jersey is my signature comfort perfume. I’m definitely going to have to try Amethyst Haze.
My favorite fall winter fragrance is Kate Walsh Boyfriend.

I’m always so happy when you mention HM. I think Masion Crivelli absolutely killed it on that one. I am obviously not a signature scent girl lol BUT if my whole collection was wiped out that would be my first purchase hands down. And she ain’t cheap 😂. Super interested to smell Iris from them now. And Note Vanille?? Absolutely- dying to wear Note in the fall. What an amazing vanilla.

We had a cool day recently and I wore v canto mirabile- it totally got me ready for fall weather and scents! I was at the grocery store minding my business when someone walked by me. He got about ten feet past me, turned around, and told me whatever I was wearing smelled great! Love the unsolicited grocery store compliments 😄

I also got the EBK discovery set when I purchased Deep N Desire Yacht. Neroli has to be my most despised fragrance note (sharp, screechy, ugh) so when I saw Ruby N Vanilla Neroli I almost didn't even try it. It was absolute love at first sniff and it is def my next purchase from EBK!!

Hi Anne! I was wondering if you would consider doing a fragrence subscription box list of fragrances to try? Royalty Scents has a lot of niche. I am subscribed to several (Scentbird, Scentbox, LUXSB, Purplelux...) BUT I keep picking duds 😢 I think Royalty Scents would be a good one! Love your vibe and I love your suggestions. Most that I've bought the tiny samples have been great and Ive already found 2 that are full bottle worthy (Ylang in Gold and Rosendo Mateau No 5)

I have smelled GFG! Unfortunately it’s not for me cause I really can’t do the Intense Cafe kind of DNA. But I see why people like it! & I have yet to try that fragrance from Lalique!

I absolutely love lavender and vanilla frags--what's weird though is I really do not like Libre even though it seems to be a fan favorite. Mon Guerlain is a staple, and now I have a sample of amethyst haze on the way (and a few more....). I'm also on the list for Guerlain Gourmand Coquin!!!

Hi, i just found your channel today and I can already see that we have quite a similar taste. If you love your herbal, aromatic vanillas you should feinitely try Virgile by Syvaine de la Courte and Sunshine Man by Amouage. Gentle Fluidity Gold is another great vanilla and juniper berries combo. When it comes to gorgeous iris vanilla combo I would recommed Volutes edt by Diptique and Tiffany and Co, Intense. Subscribed!

Love your recommendations. Just got Liis Bo. It is so calming and is a perfect meditation scent for me ❤ I love love love Iris Malikhan also but it is very similar to my Memo Italian Leather in my collection. Iris Malikhan to me is step more addictive, airy and magical in the base. I will definitely get a full bottle after I finish my Memo IL.

@@ciganyweaverandherperiwink6293 Personally the most prominent note for me is cedar wood and Guaiac wood. It does dry down to a tiny tiny bit of vanilla, eleme and incense. I don’t get tobacco at all. It is really light and natural smelling and on my skin it does it last too long. I would say it stays about 3 to 4 hours of a skin scent. I recommend you to order a sample if you can because I can see for some people it could be too light. Most of my perfumes in my collection are strong projecting and more prominent so I’m happy to have it for yoga and meditation. It’s really calming. I hope this helps 😉

I wonder if you have tried "a symphony of chocolate and rhum" by DUA brand, that is their version of gourmand coquin. I got a bottle and I like it a lot but I never had the real GQ but I will try to obtain a bottle if possible.

My 5 favorite fall fragrances are Santal Noble Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier (if you like woody sandalwood fragrances then you will probable love this one), PDM kalan and vanille havane les indemodables(way better than angels share and time for tobacco Vanille, the vanilla in here is amazing), Gallagher wicked good(my favorite chocolate fragrance and Bond No 9 Nomad(the only bond fragrance I LOVE lol). I’ve bought quite a few of your recommendations and if you haven’t tried some of these you should. I think you would like most of them maybe not all but most 😂

whoo those are some heavy hitters! 😆 I've tried them all except for Santal Noble & Bond No 9 Nomad, this is actually my first time hearing about those two! Kalan is excellenttttt. 👌🏼 Too intense and masculine for me to wear personally, but wow, that's a great one. Vanille Havane falls into the type of tobacco territory that isn't for me, and I was wanting something more complex with Wicked Good. I'm very complicated 🤣 But I always appreciate recommendations! I'll have to look into those other two! 🤍

In the 90’s all Latvian toiletsprays smelled like this and sorry dor everyone that loves this smell, but to me it smells like poop. 🙈
This spring we spent a week in Spain and everytime we went with our toddler to park there were orange trees blossoming and I was not happy. 😅

I have! I actually did a dedicated review on a bunch of Julianna’s perfumes if you want to see an in depth comparison :) spoiler, I wasn’t that much of a fan of their version, it really doesn’t compare imo 😩
