Comments for myself: only those expressions which return an integral constant value (integer) are allowed as case labels. Variable expressions are not allowed as case labels, but macros are allowed. Default case can be put anywhere inside the swtich, it doesn't have to be the last always.

hi, can i use relational operators or some other category of operator in switch case
Eg;
int x=5;
switch(x)
{ case x>2 : printf("the number is %d",x);
case 1: printf("the condition not satisfied ")
