@@mattseymour8637 No its just got rubbers over the top of the original metal wheels sometimes they remove the metal things (i am not sure there actual name) so that the rubber fits better on the wheels its for modern day roads but when it was built it will have had similar wheels to an agricultural traction engine.
we all know most modern tractors couldn't have done that

@@barnsmithers4987 yes that's right they put the rubber tyres on the wheels for better comfort and efficiency on the roads and smoother ride.
@@barnsmithers4987 Those "metal things" are called Spuds . They're fitted to steel rimmed wheels for off road work
