This is how you want it done. Nothing worse than when a system has an issue and the supplier says "You will have to contact someone else for that part" or 2 suppliers blaming each other for the issue. Great video.

BOY this takes me back - I spent a lot of years working in very similar environments, in Quality Control, Equipment Repair, Systems Testing, and Documentation. Don't cross the yellow lines without the right equipment and credentials! Seriously, as someone who's done this, I think they have a very modern, functional approach to manufacturing and testing. Not that many companies pressure test 100 percent of their product for an extended period of time. That's not even mentioning the field work. Headhunter is doing things right!
This was a fantastic tour of a great company. The work ethic and pride in workmanship gives me hope for the future.

This is a great example of what a company should be. They seem to go out of their way to make sure that their products will be there for the long haul. I can't help but compare it to the typical new refrigerator- which will likely start having issues before Headhunter's warranty even expires.

I like the display in the beginning! Headhunter accidentally printed on the hose, and in front of the shower. Hey, put it above the whole display, there is a small space for it. Replace the space, make it taller and add your name there as well so it can be seen from FAR away at the big shows!! Awesome company. Quiet and reliable. And made where?? :)

"WOW"!!! a real shitless experience. Seriously there is actually a lot that goes into the plumbing of a boat and the larger the vessel the more complicated things get. Great that this company test's their product which the majority in made in house. Also impressed on how maintenance free they make their product. The test will be once you actually have these system in real use. Very impressed on the start to finish of product's. Looking forward to next video

As a layperson watching your videos, this is as close as I will ever get to a yacht. I can not remember how I stumbled upon on of your very first episodes but I want to sincerely thank you! Every episode is the perfect balance of entertainment and education. I have learned so much watching this series over time. As a visual learner, you have made physics and engineering more comprehensible. I have also developed a great appreciation for the world of business as well. The detailed illustration of the entire process, from design conception, through engineering, to actual construction has been fun to witness.
I really enjoyed this walkthrough. Love how they have everything in-house. This day and time, that level of commitment is rare. They're about quality versus quantity and profits. Bravo Zulu!

Now your 8nto my neck of the woods, I’m a plumber and I’ve always said if you can’t poop, nothing else matters. And maintenance is so so important. When ever I do any system I use lots of valves. Need to isolate easily so repairs are done easily. And nothing bothers me more than having no room to work on something p, so hope the space is large enough to service this equipment. Nice video.

A 💩 show... if you will 🤣
The bit about Hot Tubs reminded me of something i saw a long time ago. Some millionaire wanted a Hot Tub on his flybridge, but the yacht wasn't quite big enough to have it always full, all the time. But the owner still wanted to be able to use it at a moments notice without needing to wait for it to fill. So he had a heated holding tank put in down low that would constantly filter the water and maintain the right temperature and when he wanted to use the tub an air bladder would be pressurized to force the water up out of the holding tank through some 4 inch drain lines. The water flowed though a patterned grating that covered the entire floor. Took about a minute to go from empty to full and would drain just as fast.
Probably way to late to integrate something like this into your yacht, but its an interesting idea and these are the guys who would likely have a system perfect for making it work.

Rico, 1 bar is roughly 1 kg/cm2 of force. 1 mt in height adds 100 grams/cm2 so, to get water 10 mt above the pump you would need a little more than 1 bar (or beat that extra kg/cm2 weight basically)

Loving these system videos. Love seeing what was chosen and everything that goes into the design. My only experience with them is the manual toilet on the dive boats I go out on. I guess you can’t use the really nice Toto toilets with these systems.
