The little girl in this film deserves an Oscar.
She is IT. She can act her lungs off.
I honestly don't get why you hated the big guy (the husband of the pregnant lady) in the beginning, he honestly made correct points towards our main character, I mean imagine having a pregnant wife who you deeply care for running away from a horde of zombies and you see safety just a meter away which you know you and your wife could make it there before the zombies catch up then some guy just locked you out of said safety, of course, I'd be forever pissed towards the guy, take a look at 25:48 the actions of our main character reflect the emotions of the big guy towards him in the beginning. In conclusion, if anyone should be hated initially, aside from the corporate a**hole and train employee, it's our main character. But nonetheless, I still enjoyed your reaction.
In all fairness how long would you wait for someone you didn't know while being chased by zombies trying to kill you? Ya he should have let them in sooner but I wouldn't wait around all day for a stranger when I'm trying to save my daughter
@@Beardo2517 If they're 10 yards away I'd close the door, if they're right in front of my face banging on the door or just 1 step from pulling them in while the zombies are still on the other car catching up I'd never shut them out.

The subtitles you got are different from what I remember. 9:05 Like the line the little girl says in front of the bathroom very different. Rich guy told her that she should avoid becoming like the homeless dude cause he's a loser. She responds that people who say that kind of thing are bad people according to her mom, to which rich dude mockingly says, 'she must not have gone to a good school' or something like that.
same. and 8:20, i remember what that cheerleader girl to that boy said was something like, if i said i like you, you just say thank you and accept your fate. nothing about sharing bed, how could a teenager asian girl publically said i might share my bed with you. no way.
Certain folks I’ve noticed have a very strange copy of the film where the English subtitles have taken a lot of liberties. On the train with the baseball team, the teen girl says “if I like you, just say thank you and accept it” nothing about lovers and sharing a bed.
Another scene I’ve seen translated strangely is where the mean CEO is talking to the little girl in front of the bathroom, he says something about, “study hard or you’ll end up like this guy” and the little girl says, “my mom says people who say things like that are bad people” and he replies, “well SHE must have flunked school” and in some people’s translations, they filled the conversation in with something completely different
I have never watched this movie before but I've heard great things about it. I always wanted to watch but I keep forgetting and being occupied.. After watching this (tysm!), this movie is really good omg.. The fact that why its more intense than other zombie movies is because most of them have guns like Americans. But this story takes place in Korea, they dont have guns and slight mistake can get them killed easily.. The lil girl cries kinda tore my heart 😢 Good job actors 👏
Since its spooky season, I suggest u watch Spirited Away! Its a studio ghibli film, its not horror but they have spirits 😂 This movie taught me so much, I felt like the more times I watch, the more details/lessons I discover. This is also the only animated film I watch together with my mom, and she definitely likes it! It holds a special place in my heart ❤

I don't understand why you don't like the big guy. He's not doing anything except spitting facts. He was also well within his rights to get pissed off at the guy for slamming the door in his pregnant wife, essentially dooming them to die. He was partially comedic relief and I think you took his jokes a little seriously.I also don't know what translation you're watching but it's so wrong. Also I feel like if you're going to talk over important moments, you should just pause. You're missing out on either critical information or emotional beats.

From which region did you stream this? The English translation is different (and not as accurate, e.g. Sohee's character did not say anything about sleeping with Choi Woo-Sik's character when boarding the train) than the one in the version I watched.
If you are not very good with horror movies, try easing yourself in by watching Hereditary or The Witch (spelled "Vvitch" on the poster).
If you want to know more about this movie I recommend "SEOUL STATION" animated movie. It's a prequel of this movie. Made by same director and launch in the same year August 2016 whereas Train to Busan is launched in May 2016.
I watched this movie when i was about 7 or 6 and throughout the movie i was bored but when the dad was becoming a zombie and jumped off the train to like make sure he didnt attack his daughter or the pregnant lady, I cried into my dad's shoulder i think its because the dad reminded me of my dad in a way
14:49 why are you like that? Yea, its stupid line, but look at him, he's proud and happy that he's becoming dad while other men run away

I feel there should be a zombie apocalypse survival kit but I also know this is impossible to happen in the real world.
It would have been so much more understandable for you , if you had watched it alone , without commentary, so you would have not missed some imp. dialogues/moments , especially of the big guy, that you missed while commentating to us

Kinda got burned out on the whole Zombie thing after it was everywhere in shows and movies but this was a good zombie movie well this and resident evil

Hi!! Maybe you would watch any Scooby-Doo films? Not live-action though. I just look at the mystery van on the background for some time and think is't perfect for a spooky month. I think you've probably seen the Zombie Island or Alien Invaders, but there are plenty of SD movies! My fav is the Legend of the Phantosaur btw, but you know, Scooby-Doo movies or shows are always kinda silly and goofy for a serious reaction, so mb you can just watch some for youself.

I think u're too logical Lol. This movie is not only abt surviving the zombie apocalypse but also finding out abt each ppl mind when it's in this kind of situation. The real raw human instinct will be shown in every different one of them. If i tryna think or find logic on everythings, u won't be able to enjoy this movie as much as other do.😕😗

instead of watch & enjoy the movie, you are busy criticize every scene... very tiring.
