1 kg mutton withbone
1 kg basmati rice
2 spoon ghee
1 spoon oil
little whole garam masala
2 pes onion cubs
2 spoon ginger garlic paste
salt to tast
half spoon turmeric powder
half spoon cumin powder
half spoon Coriander powder
2 spoon Arabic masala powder
half spoon paprika powder
2 pes tomato cubs
1 spoon tomato paste
1 pes carrot small cut
3 pes dry lemon
2 pes lemon juice
little saffron water
1 spoon yougurt
