you only convinced yourself the hole is never ending. it is never ending if you keep digging it. it all begins with where you shift your thought processes. the mind. when you lament the past, and the dead, the rumination will likely cause depression and then depression will eventually invite demonic energy into your life. dont focus on what has been, and focus on where you are right now. at all times. its the single best tool i know.
