And it says on the Heist what it gives as reward. Larry has access to that himself thru his own app for the mini crew/ team B. as long as no one in the crew is calling and going yo they hitting this now go rob them... kinda shit or stealing everything, Lang doesn't care cause he picked the right people. and Even the ones with loose lips.... are tight lip when the crew has a mission to do. Plus the Loose lip people.. are lang's information gatherers. Sooo yeah.
The truth is that the whole city knows within 12h of anything that happens. Roof running was semi private for like 4h before there was lines to sign in to it

The info he shares, is or will soon be readily available, or if someone he cares about is in danger. The people he shares with are always going to hold Yuno in high regard in the future. In fact Yuno is often the most cautious with actually serious information and is shocked when ppl share it openly. As derpy as he seems, he's actually pretty sensible and calculated.

Don't think he'll join any specific group. This actually benefit him more. He can do multiple heists without having to worry about leaving out his crew. Downside is he don't have protection when shit hit the fans.
