I absolutely understand your struggle with cutting sugar. I have insulin resistance and couldn’t conceive. Mine was cutting the chocolate out. But, I learned how to prepare sugar free desserts at home like chocolate cake(banana, oats, vanilla, oil, butter, raisins/cranberry) with chocolate-peanut butter ganache, apple crumble, peanut butter-chocolate-banana toast, etc. Also, cut the junk food (McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc) totally. I wish you will hit all the health goals in 2024. ❤
