Same thing happened to me. Wo powder wala pack and exfoliator use karne k wajah se. 6 months ho gaya hai par abhi bhi pura recover nehi hua hai. Thode se hi irritate ho jata hai. Aap kya use kar rahe ho barrier thik karne k liye?

Both are good! Cerave moisturizer zyada hydrating hai according to my experience, toh zyada dry skin hai to cerave recommend karungi.
