It got me really interested in music and I joined the school band the next year and music is still my passion. I’m not gonna lie, I have a bit of a soft spot for this show. It gave me my fist look at classical music. If I never saw this I probably never would’ve known about these famous pieces of music and art, and I wouldn’t be in college right now majoring in music.
Even though I didn’t watch much of this when I was young and saw only a couple of episodes and owned one of the books, and discovered the series in depth only recently, I think this. Is Ace! I find it awesome how they incorporate the feature artwork and real footage with the animation, and the music into the soundtrack. The music, the animation, the characters, everything are awesome!
