For iphone 13 pro use, touch pad won’t work if your tapping on apple logo. You need to tap right down edge corner of the camera. After struggling a lot I understood this

I tried back tapping exactly on the apple logo, it was a hit or miss…. Then i tried tapping closely around the logo. it worked near the top of the logo
