@@SlushysSecret Sure, obviously. But I didn't start watching Sesame Street until a decade after this was broadcast. By that time, the characters of Kermit and Ernie had solidified to the point where only Ernie had that laugh, never Kermit. So to see an earlier version of Kermit using the same laugh that later become Ernie's trademark is bizarre to me. (See also: Wontkins speaking in a voice that eventually became that of Rowlf the Dog.)
The L.O.E., I don't have a relevant reply. I just wanted to compliment you on your choice of avatars. Thought I was the only person who still remembered. :-)
At the end i hear sad music maybe because of Big V being an evil creature from the age of the dinosaurs and eating Kermit reminding him of the old days in the cretaceous period where he ate prehistoric Frogs the Prehistoric Elmos and the Great Tyrannosaurus Rex and Triceratops and Mosaurus and Hesperornis and Various Sauropods and Azhdarchidae at that time
Waldorf: “Now THAT’S entertainment.”
Statler: “That’s what you said about the War of 1812.”
The monster's belch at the end gives this sketch a nice finishing touch. 😂
The first time Kermit has been referred to as a "frog"
Is that true? I was wondering because it’s the earliest I’ve seen where he’s called Kermit The Frog.
It's weird seeing Kermit with Ernie's laugh.
Dude you know the Sesame Street characters were created by Henson himself, he voiced Ernie for a while

Featuring Jim Henson, Frank Oz and Jerry Juhl.
Kermit the weird grayish-green thing in a red sweater eats living cheetos and is eventually eaten by an abomination of hell.
The abomination is Big V
Great description

I want to see Godzilla or Arctozolt battling Big V
this shit used to scare me as a kid
It's kinda scaring me now, it's so unsettling
Trust me this is nothing after you see Terror Toad in the first season of Power Rangers.
exactly bruh
1:45 Sesame Street Ernie Laugh
CUTE
I'm guess the worms were probably trying to warn him about the monster right?
Or else the monster sent them to break down Kermit's guard.
The first time Kermit was called a frog
But he wasn’t actually a frog 🐸 yet until 1968
Personally, I like to pretend that this version of Kermit is his froglet stage, due to not having a collar or webbed feet
Oh, my God!
Is that Frank Oz and Jerry Nelson with Jim? It’s hard to recognize them without facial hair.
Frank Oz and Jerry Juhl.
❤❤❤❤❤
Glowworm Kermit

Funny
This creature that eats Kermit has a name, but I can't remember what he's called. Does anyone know?
