TCM says that there is insurgency in Hyderabad princely state in India. Do you really believe it? Because as an Indian, I can certainly tell there is only insurgency in Nagaland and Kashmir valley.

Hi Amol, I think you need to define What you mean by “indian history”? Do you mean history of Indus Valley civilisation upto current Pakistan OR history of what is currently India? If former, yes we teach it and this area history starts from around 7000 BC . If later, no we don’t teach it. Maybe we should. India as we know it now wasn’t one country until the British United it together . Even under Mughals, it wasn’t all of what is currently South Asia . Prior to Mughals, there was no such thing as a India . Tomorrow also no guarantee . Countries borders are continuously changing . Hope I was able to answer

@@kamranshaukat6024 Yeah no, India under Chandragupta maurya, ashoka the great, bappa rawal, Vikramaditya and Mihir bhoj and countless other kings was a single state, India called as bharatvarsh at that time. These kings ruled 100yrs even before islam was invented. Ashoka's empire included, current day india, pakistan, northern parts of iran in the west and bangladesh, myanmar in the east with sri lanka in the south and some parts of tibet too. The chola empire ruled over not only mainland india but made the current day indonesia as its puppet state. Maybe the research work in pakistan is not capable enough to teach you these facts. And the point about british giving birth to india, We dont buy this garbage fact, Maybe british gave birth to pakistan but not india. India was always there and will continue to do so, NAMASTEY!!

@@kamranshaukat6024 That's why you need to study Indian history because your ancestors were Indians. You're being taught wrong history.
Before Mughals, there was India. As a civilization and geographical entity with common culture.
Before Mughals, subcontinent was united under Mauryans whose empire had all of the Afghanistan of today.
Persians used to call India as Hindustan, an area after crossing Indus. This areas akso included South India and Assam.
Greeks used the word India for same land.
The concept of nation state is just 300 years old.
