    There should be nothing different between a seller survey and a buyer survey, that tells me right there one is dishonest.

    you should never use a steel hammer. try a brass hammer for many reason, including safety. research it

      I did ask dr. google but could only find arguments about whether to use a hammer at all and what hitting the hull with a hammer actually achieves but nothing on the material used to make the hammer.
