You can do it before or After. You relayer the blue anyways. :p Plus doing it after means you’re being careful, and are doing shorter flicks. Getting the actual edge, rather than just layering the sigmarite over the gold, and it actually highlights. Also Also Drybrush the way Duncan shows here can leave gritty, nasty texture on the model. So by doing the light flicks you stop the texture build up.

Why not do the sigmarite drybrush before applying any blue?
